I LOVE helping others find their individual path, providing insight as they navigate life’s twist and turns, and helping others capitalize on their innate strengths. I am very passionate about the coaching process and I want to bring this emerging field to other “quarter-lifers”, so you may find YOUR place in life as early as possible, just as I did through the coaching process.

When I first read about Life Coaching as a career, it immediately resonated with me and I knew that this was exactly what I had been searching for within the field of psychology. The first step I took was to hire my own life coach, and my intense work with him reaffirmed that I had a true passion and gift for this career. For the first time in my life, I finally felt like I had a meaningful direction that fit with the essence of who I am.
I am certified through The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), a school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), where I also trained as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I serve on the Board of Directors for the ICF-LA, and volunteer as a mentor for a college student in
